I found these gorgeous rugosa rosehips last week. Rosehips can contain up to 40 times the vitamin C in an orange. Good for immune, skin, and more. Although rosehip seed oil is beneficial for health, don’t ever eat rosehip seeds, as they are hairy and can irritate the throat.
To keep rosehips year around, carefully remove seeds and dry the flesh. Use dried rosehips in tea, oil infusions, and more. Use fresh rose hips for items like syrup and jelly. Identify with caution and research before using.
God provides!
